Pacific Rim Christian University

Pacific Rim Christian University is located in Honolulu, Hawaii and aims to develop future church leaders with a focus on ministry and theology skills.

The university was founded in 1995 by Pastor Wayne Cordeiro. It was originally known as the School of Church Planters, which was soon renamed the Pacific Rim Bible Institute. His goal was to develop leaders to help spread the Christian message and plant churches across the world.
After a few years, the Bible Institute soon transformed itself into a college, and, next, a university. It offers both undergraduate and graduate level programs.
It earned accreditation from ABHE and its name is often abbreviated to PacRim. The school is now successfully honing future church leaders and is led by Dr. Kent Keith as president.
