The Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is a public university that focuses primarily on medical studies in a learning and working environment.
With over one thousand students currently enrolled in the many academic programs, the Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences owns and operates a clinic system in Tulsa that allows students to get the hands-on experience that they need to hone their skills.
While the first and second years at OSU are focused on traditional core science classes and are largely classroom based, the last two years of student education allows students to rotate through various specialties until they find their perfect fit.
This personalized, experimental, rotation style of learning helps students find a field in which they feel comfortable, and gives them the tools that they are going to need in order to succeed in such a high-pressure, fast paced environment as the modern day medical field.
