Formerly known as the New Life Theological Seminary, the Charlotte Christian College and Theological Seminary is located on Charlotte, North Carolina. It was founded by Eddie G. Grigg in 1996, a well-regarded pastor and theologian.
The following year, CCCTS began granting degrees to students.
CCCTS earned accreditation from the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools. This agency is formally recognized by the Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.
Additionally, the Department of Veteran Affairs recognizes CCCTS as a Yellow Ribbon school. The school hopes to spread the message of Jesus Christ through theological and educational training.
Church leaders are developed at CCCTS through coursework that combines interpersonal skills training and academics. CCCTS wants to adequately train students so that they can fulfill the Great Commission.
