Established in 1958, the Anabaptist Mennonite Biblical Seminary is a private seminary school in Elkhart, Indiana that has gone by many names throughout its history. While the official title of the seminary school may have changed throughout the years, the Anabaptist Mennonite Biblical Seminary’s devotion to providing a faith-based quality education has remained unwavering.
Courses offered at the Anabaptist Mennonite Biblical Seminary (or AMBS) include Master degrees in Divinity, Arts, Theology, Peace Studies, and Global Anabaptism, among others. The university also offers a graduate certificate in Theological Studies, as well as a selection of individual courses that can be applied to multiple degree paths.
One of the main priorities of AMBS is intercultural learning—focusing on “the knowledge and skills required to lead in interculturally complex ministry settings outside and within the church”. This awareness of the quickly-changing global environment shows AMBS’s commitment to providing a strong foundation for its students as they pursue their education.
