Alaska Bible College is a private university with its main campus in Palmer, Alaska, which seeks to train students for ministry in Alaska and other far northern regions.
With extended campuses in Anchorage and Glennallen, Alaska Bible College provides Alaska’s only non-denominational four-year degree in Bible studies.
The university’s mission statement is “to exalt the Lord Jesus Christ and extend His Church by biblically training believers to be servant-leaders with Christ-like character”.
With a student to teacher ratio of eight to one, ABC provides a personal, intimate educational style to help students grow in their faith while pursuing the degree plan that will best equip them for ministry to the surrounding area.
While the university’s focus is on Bible studies, ABC also offers nine separate major plans. With majors including Children’s Ministry, Pastoral Studies, and Student Ministry, ABC allows students to focus their education into whichever field it is that they feel most called to pursue.
