Charlotte Technical College

From its founding in 1980, Charlotte Technical College has changed from Charlotte Vocational Technical Center to the Charlotte Technical Center, which remains its official name to this day.
Charlotte Technical Center, or CTC, is primarily a secondary education center. However, it is open to students of nearly any age, career plan, or education level, which makes it significantly more accessible to students in the greater Charlotte region. Even high school students are able to enroll part-time in CTC classes, in order to accelerate their desired field of study!
As the name would imply, most of the programs offered at CTC are technical in nature, but students can choose from a wide selection of courses and program fields.
From Architecture to Arts and Technology, from Health Science to Hospitality, CTC offers a range of courses to help its students get the training necessary to excel in nearly every field that is hiring!
